Antrodia has a strong burdock aroma, with a variety of shapes, such as plate, bell, horseshoe or tower. Sessile, corky to woody; close to raw wood surface.
The cap is semicircular, with brown to yellowish-brown surface, with indistinct ridges, luster, and flat and blunt edges.
Two layers of bacteria and meat, the upper wood color, the lower light yellowish brown. The surface of the mushroom body is porous, fine and dense, with a small orifice.
It is dark red at birth and is often radiated and revolved around the periphery. It is surrounded by an extension of life and is semi-circular or irregularly shaped.
